Slow wifi and mobile data while out

Our home wifi has been slow for the past week. Our daughters are at home revising for their a levels and GCSE exams in 3 weeks time. So working internet is essential for us. 

we have had an ongoing issue with our mobile data while out in Truro. I have contacted sky multiple times about this. First on 25th feb and issue still ongoing. Feel disappointed by this
