I'm trying to game, and my upload speed has dropped to 3.5 mbps, as shown from a test on my ps5. It was between 11-12 mbps last week. It has been like this for a few days. There are only 2 devices on the wifi when testing. Despite the test on the ps5, the test on the sky app shows that the mbps is 21. I get that the upload speed is slower when testing from another device but it should not be this low, when it's always been 3 or 4 times this before the last few days. Please can you let me know if you can do something about this, it's impossible to play online.
