I signed up and had sky fibre 500 installed christmas eve. It was working well, but checked the speeds today. Download is 500, but upload is only 2.66mbs. I was told it would be 60mbs. Any ideas
@Bazzer1947 The norm is around the 500/70 on the sky FF500 connection, you will have to get sky involved, but do a few test's at various times on your Fibre connection, bandwidth is shared and just incase someone on your connection is hammering a huge upload, if not the OR have to get involved with what is going on with your Fibre circuit!

Download is 506mbs upload is 5mbs, and have contacted Sky, and after two hours on the phone, waiting and doing tests, thay sent an OR engineer out who did all the tests and says its the Router. Sky are send ing out a new one, which should arrive today. will keep you updated
