@rafasopot while it could be a slow speed to the hub it is much more likely to be poor wifi signal to the streaming device. You can check the speed to the hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app  as Sky tests thst daily. Run the network test in the Get Help menu of yhe Netflix app to see thecspeed the streaming device is getting. You need at least a steady 25Mb/s if streaming in UHD. If you are not seeing that and assuming there are not other users in your home using the bandwidth when you are trying to watch TV  you need to improve the WiFi signal. Or use an Ethernet cable.
