Slow sppeds

Hello I have had my broadband for 1 day and im getting nowhere near what im paying for i am on 500 gbs and im getting about 100 maximum

Mbs rather than gbs.

 

100Mbs over WiFi from a 500Mbs FTTP connection is entirely plausible.
