Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Leahlav your speedtest result is not showing. You have a full fibre connection which can very occasionally be affected by contention but otherwise you get the speed you buy as unlike partial fibre services their is no speed lost between the exchange and your home. I am sure your resident engineer can explain how Openreach's GPON fibre system works.
Therefore your issue sounds like poor wifi coverage in your home not a line issue. Speedtests show the slowest part of the transfer from the server to the device which with a 900Mb/s service is usually the home network. To reliable test a 900Mb/s connection you need to test running a single device connected by a gigabit Ethernet cabelled connection
To get fast WiFi in every room of even a small home often requires more than a single WiFi source a lot depends on the layout and type of construction of the home. First step is to cgeck the hub is in the optimum position which is out in the open on a surface so signals are not blocked by radiators and the like. Beyond that you nedd extra equipment if you are not already paying for it Sky will sell you their WiFi Max bundlecwhich can supply up to 3 extenders if speds dont reach 25Mb/s in every room in the house see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy and use your own wifi kit.
