Slow speeds in evening
I have very slow speeds in the evening. Do a check on the app and never goes above 5 mbps. Not getting anywhere with the app and the lines are closed when I'm available to call

Re: Slow speeds in evening
@Morgan03 not 100% clear how you are testing speeds. The service checker in the My Sky app runs a daily speed test which if you click on the link beside the latest result will open a scfeen with the last month's results and the minimum spedd guaranteed for your line. If thetest is lower it should offer further help.
Speeds tested on devices connected by wifi can often be far lower because they are limited the wifi speed to your hub. It is not unusual for wifi speeds to drop at peak times as all of your neighbours are usingbtheir networks causing interference. While rebooting your Sky hub msy help in the short term the long term solution is improving the wifi signal in your home which costs money either by paying Sky for their WiFi Max bundle thst can supply up to 3 extenders or by buying your own wifi kit.
