Slow speed

My broadband speed is currently only 38mbps - this cannot be right - it has been slow for weeks now and I am not normally one to complain but this is ridiculous. I have carried out all the checks and they say everything is fine, but it really isn't. I even paid extra for the max wifi hub and it's not making any difference.

i am having the same issue i usually have an actual speed of 120mbps however this weekend ive been getting 4mbps

Hello

 

i have the same issue. A tecnichan came and installed 2 Boosters but this didnt make any difference and i can barely stream Sky TV. It always cuts out especially on peak times. This is just not good enough as i also rely on the broadband for my work

 

Would be great if something could be done
