Slow speed

I’ve done a speed test and it’s showing 14.2 download. I'm on a work teams call and it keeps freezing . I changed to fibre to get a better faster internet .

@Sharona2 Did you change anything else at the same time you went to the Full Fibre connection ie the sky Hub, position possibly moved for the old/new connection type etc!
