Slow speed

I 've a problem with my Internet speed over last 2 days keep changing up and down to 25 Mbps. It's supposed for minimum guaranteed speed to be 100.

I have been experiencing issues with my internet speed over the past two days, with speeds fluctuating down to 25 Mbps. My guaranteed minimum speed should be 100 Mbps.

I am having the same issue and this evening it has constantly cut out completely making it impossible to watch TV.
