The speed is only 35 tonight. I pay for much more. What's happening? Are you going to give me this month free as per contract?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@d29293jdjdjd You would only be eligible for one month's refund if your line access speed(not download speed) is below the guaranteed amount for 3 consecutive days, being slow for one day doesn't count.
Also please be aware you are not speaking to Sky here, the forum is mainly customer to customer support.
