Slow speed

After returning from my holiday break, I noticed a significant drop in my home WiFi speed. Before leaving, I had turned off the WiFi, and since turning it back on, both my roommate and I have experienced much slower internet performance these days. We have restarted the router multiple times, tested the connection on different devices, and consistently observed slower speeds compared to before the break. Please check if there are any technical issues affecting our connection. Thank you.

@lingyue You are not contacting Sky customer service here and no-one here can check your connection.

You need to run the connection test and see if it picks up a fault, if it doesn't then you will have to log the fault with Sky, be aware though if the line doesn't show a fault and it's purely slower WiFi speeds Sky may not do anything as WiFi speeds are beyond their control.
