@Loulu73 is this slow speed to your hub or slow speed from the hub to your drvice. The former is something Sky gurantee and can be checked using the service checker in the My Sky app - click on the current spedd to see the history for the last 2 weeks and your guaranteedd speed. The latter is not covered by a guarantee in the same way.improving wifi spedds can mean spending money to get more equipment.
