@SBen If you mean the speed from the exchange to the hub that can only be determined accurately by looking st hub's connection stats or via the service checker in the My Sky app. If thecspeed is lower than the guarantee fir your line tge app, should give furthervhelp.

Any test run on a device gives the slowest part of the link but cant tell you which step  that is. So unless you are running the test on a known fast connection like over a Gigabit Ethernet connection the liklehood is poor wifi in your home which is an extremly common issue.

Re: Slow speed to hub

The test result was through the sky app. The speed is around 30 meg whereas I used to get high 40s with last provider. Only been connected to Sky for around 3 weeks and minimum speed is off. Initially I was getting around 50 meg but seems to have throttled back lately.

Re: Slow speed to hub

I moved from ee150 to sky150 last week. I've been checking my download scheme using the Sky app and am only getting 92 (consistent over 4 days). I've phoned the help number (all responses are automated voice)  which confirmed there appears to be an issue and directs me back to the connection page that I've already used to establish the problem. Just going round in circles!! As I always got 150 download with ee,  I'm thinking of going back to them. I understand that I can just ring ee to get them to do the change. I'm in the cooling off period. Has anyone done this?
