Slow speed broadband

My speed has dropped down to 18 and has done for a month or so im paying fir the fastest ive tried all the tests and nothing still and im paying for the speed cant seem to get any help

@Shelley81 What does the sky Service checker show you for the daily check and the 30 day history period, broadband and the > to expnad and see it!

Hi its been the same up and down for over 30 days now ive just spoken to sky i have an enginer coming out on wednesday but thank you for helping

@Shelley81 No problems, sometimes the speak, have them check and they spot an issue testing there side etc, hopefully the Engineer spot's get's to the bottom off it and then it all returns to normal working for you!
