Slow speed and internet keeps disconnecting

Hi, I've had sky max for a few weeks now and the speed seems slower than before? The booster that is upstairs in the house has an orange light a lot of the time and the internet keeps disconnecting.

@Lewdogg312  Is this a booster pod that you got when you got the max router or did you have it from before this?
