Slow poor connection
Always having issues with the sky broadband WiFi. Constantly slow on all devices upgraded to the boost remains the same. Poor connection i work for BT so I understand networking and troubleshooting so please don't advise on silly troubleshooting resolutions because they do not work. Yes sky app suggests no issues in the area that's fine but overall the connection on devices are poor slow and intermittent.

Since you work for BT and understand this stuff I'm surprised you haven't setup your own mesh system rather than pay a monthly rental for any ISPs inevitably poorer solution. Even a relatively cheap TP-Link S7 pack of 3 pods (£130 at the moment on Amazon) would knock any ISP supplied equipment out of the park. Once installed it's there for the foreseeable regardless of supplier.
This is presuming that it is a WiFi issue?
