Slow/no wifi connection

Rejoined sky within the last 3 weeks. Since the new hub was set up we have minimal connection speed in most of the house, including where the hub is situated. 

Tested the speed through the sky app and it says its working fine but we are still having to drop our devices onto mobile data to get any form of connection. 

Ive turned hub in and off a few times but this never helps. The hub is the same as our precious one that worked absolutely fine and is in the same place in the house. 

Any help greatly received
