Slow loading

We recently upgraded to the sky gigafast+ last month and since we had it the speed wasn't what was guaranteed so we got given a sky max pod and when using the Ethernet from that it is okay. But when using our phones things are very slow to load wether it be playing games, Facebook, TikTok things are just very slow to load. We've even had an engineer out but everything seems fine. Doing a speed test today we are getting 550mbps and that's in the same room as the router. Is there any way to be able to solve the slow loading times while using apps on the phone.
