Slow internet

Hello,

 

My WiFi seems extremely slow. I can't stream things on the tv without a lot of buffering and wheb I run a speed test on my PlayStation it says I have a download speed of 20.8Mbps and Upload speed of 10.3 Mbps.

it has been like this since I started using your WiFi months ago.

@Emma550 If you are NOT sure what you have, use the address checker on the BTW site linked below, it will say what is currently at your property, or look back your sky Info.... Normally on a 10Mb/s upload the split is a 40/10Mb/s but if you have a bad line the download can drop, also if you are doing a wireless wifi test do make sure all the others are not doing anything on the system by turning the devices off!

 

Service checker, broadband and > expand to see what sky records for your 30 day history on the line.
