Internet 

Recently had new router fitted

we are not getting coverage all over the house ,we have an extender & this is still not solving the problem .

it freezes all the time

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

We've had loads of issues since joining sky..,we've got 4 mini boxes, as well as the main sky q box plus 4 yes 4 sky pod extenders...we are still having problems ...even with 4 extenders!!

@SGT8870 What sky hub are you using on the system plus which extenders? As i see you mention pods, do look at now how you have to change a sky Q to work on a sky Max system! Sky Broadband Hub and the sky Broadband booster is the prefered operation on the old sky Q mesh!
