Find out more@Dawnh1 run the service checker in the My Sky app to see if the issue is with the feed to your hub - if you click on the broadband link you should get the speed history for the last couple of weeks and the guaranteed speed fir your line. If the line is running slowky the app should offer more help.
If as I expect thst isxall OK the problem will be poor wifi in your home. Streaming video requires both sufficent speed and as importnat a signal free from interference. In many homescaxsingle Sky hub cannot deliver sufficent signal in every room due to the layout and how your home is built. The answer is multiple wifi sources. Sky sell an addon called wifi max which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can do as many people do and buy their own wifi kit and use thst.
