Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jomissy do you devices show as connected to the hub? If they do but no data flows unplug the hub leave it for an hour and reconnect it and tge fault should have cleared.

I even ran a test on my sky app it says everything ok but it is not
