Hi.sky engineer yesterday put new fibre wire in my home still my internet is very slow

Find out more@Surjitkaur howxare you measuring speeds if over wifi then move close to the hub if the speed improves the issue is poor wifi if it could be the connection. Ideally measure speeds on a device conected by a direct Ethernet cable if speeds are still low then call Sky.
WiFi speedsxare not guaranteed as each home is different and you may need additional equipment if you want fast wifi ineverybroom.
