We recently upgraded' to sky Fibre. Since installation I've been unable to access various apps on my phone and websites on my laptop including banking sites, Trainline etc. If I turn off WiFi and use 4g I can access the apps and sites without problem. I have tried switching off the ne router and rebooting but have had no joy. Sky helpline were useless and say everything is working their end and when I run WiFi tests using the MySky app it says there are no problems! Any suggestions appreciated?

Find out more@EdB2 check the setting of the Broadband Shield as by default Ofcom require isps to set such filters to age 13 which can block these kind of sites and apps. If you are the account holder you can change the settings as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
