Slow internet

Hello 

for the last 2 days we have had incredibly slow internet, it was 9.4 mbs and the last 2 days it's been 0.9mbs.

I've done all the resets and it's still not working, I am now paying for something we cannot use!!

We can't watch anything on Disney+ it keeps buffering, we can't use iPads or laptops because it's so slow.

it says no problem with broadband but WiFi connection is poor, this is complete rubbish there is no WiFi connection!!!

what else can I do which isn't going to cost me more on my broadband each month.
