I have just moved house and got sky broadband installed. I went for the fastest option with highway and pay an extra £3 a month for fastest guarantee thing. The open reach engineer installed the router in my bedroom.
i tested connection on sky website and no known issues and claims I'm running at 600 (fastest is 900 available but I'm getting 600). I know this should be fast but it's running very slow when browsing internet sites on phone (new iPhone 15 pro max) and iPad.
How do I contact sky for help as it keeps bringing me here?
