Slow internet

my internet is so slow it's causing the sky tv to buffer

Hi there. I have a white router. Only been with Sky internet for approx 2 months and internet has been slow most of the time

@Loz127  When you run the service checker can you after click on broadband to see what speed you are getting to see if it is above your minimum speed that Sky say you should be getting. Running the directions below.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnosti


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
