Flashing Green Light on Sky Max Hub since 01:00
Hello,
My phone lines are fine/I've gone through the broadband checker (followed all of the instructions seven times) and been told to book an engineer BUT the earliest availability is Monday and I work from home.
I've unplugged it/checked all the wires/sockets (and yes, the router is directly plugged into the master socket) and it's been fine since I upgraded in March 2024/nothing has happened to damage the hub or wires, either.
Sadly, there is no reset button on this model (I read an article that said to press the wps button for ten seconds and nothing happened/the green flashing light remains) and I'm running out of ideas.
As someone who is a self employed tutor, I'm losing money every day I can't access the internet; is there anything else I can try?
