Slow internet

For a few weeks I have been getting intermittent wifi connections; normal, slow, lost. Sky is saying I have 151mbps but when I checked the internet speed it shows 10mbps. Normally it's about 40mbps despite me having a 300mbps service through Sky. It's on 2 devices, laptop and PC; both in different areas of my home. I've gone through all the things Sky suggest with no success. Suggestions??

Thanks. I've tried all the advice Sky gives and also the internet broadband speeds but it still shows slow. I've now contacted Sky and they are sending out an engineer.
