Slow internet

Hi I'm only getting download speeds of around 80mb when I should be getting 500

@Stephenclarke how are you measuring speeds? If over wifi on a device the result  will be the speed of the wifi connection in your home which are frequently far lower than the speed to the hub.

 

To get a reliable result the device should be connected by a direct gigabit ethernet cable with nothing else is using the connection. If that result is still low  there could be an issue with the connection. Sky test the speeds daily so any line fault should be shown in the service checker in the My Sky app and website if you click through you should see the test results for the last 3 weeks.
