Slow internet speeds

Hi, We pay for the 500mbps speeds. We've connected to a Google WiFi hub that can handle 1200mbps. After testing the line over a few days, I've noticed a significant drop to a maximum of 92 Mbps but mostly less than that. Can the line be fixed please? Thank you

Hi @HJame 

That sounds like you have a dodgy ethernet cable/device thats only connecting at 100mbps rather than 1000mbps. Can you check the cable & device, then post a speedtest taken on an ethernet connected device?
