I'm on Sky Broadband Ultrafast Plus and previously I was achieving an average download speed of around 450 to 500mbps, but for the past couple of months it is now averaging around 350mbps instead.
I have a Fing device on my network which logs internet speeds multiple times a day and I've just found where this speed changed. There appears to have been a possible router firmware update during the early hours of 20th March (as I can see a short outage) and since then the speeds dropped by 25%!
Did anyone else notice this change?

The speed tests are from my Fing network device which is on gigabit ethernet, so will show full access speed.
(My Sky Wi-Fi is disabled as I use my own Ubiquiti access points.)

That's an interesting observation regarding the firmware update. I'm using the same service as you and regularly had speeds in the 475-500mbps range and then, around a couple of months ago, the speeds plummeted to anywhere between 225 and 350mbps.
I'll be following this thread to see what progress you are able to make.
