Slow internet from Sky Q box

Hello, We have a Sky Q box in our lounge which pushes out the strongest WiFi in the house as we have thick walls. Recently the internet from it is very slow and weak to the point phones often switch to mobile data. I can't figure out what's wrong with it and have tried resetting everything. Thanks Adrian

@AdrianGilday can you post what colour Sky hub you have? One common issue is that Sky Q boxes no longer act as wifi hotspots with the white Sky hub.
