Slow internet following fault
External fault fixed on saturday, though the internet is back it isnt strong enough to stream via netflix/disney etc.
The previous fault took 5 days to fix and now the service still isnt working properly. Please investigate.

@AdamGriffiths you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If you have a partial fibre broadband servicecit can take up to 10 days for the line management equipment to get speeds back. You should notice an increase each day.
