Slow intermittent connection speeds

Hi my internet keeps losing connection and the speeds seem slow where I can barely stream a programme on demand

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks after running a test it says everything g is fine with speeds of around 72mb but for whatever reason my router is playing up with the centre light changing from green to flashing orange. Then it goes fine again on green and then again back to flashing orange
