Broadband keeps cutting out

My broadband keeps cutting out. All my devices disconnect, yet when I run a test on MySky it says there is no issue and I'm receiving 483Mb/s. I have done a reboot an it still isn't connected. I have done an external Internet speed test and it says I'm receiving 7.31Mb/s which isn't high enough to receive a signal to connect to. This keeps happening, I am paying for a service that keeps cutting out. I have 3 days of no Internet last week waiting for an engineer to come fix a problem previous engineer had caused. I am not receiving anywhere near the 500Mb/s I am paying for.
