@Matt4music how are you measuring speeds? If it is on a device connected by WiFi tgen you are probably simply measuring the speed of the WiFi link between the hub and your device if so those results look fine. Sky test the speed to your hub daily you can see the results in the service checker in the My Sky app. Fibre speeds can vary due to contention* at peak times which is why services are sold on as "up to" but if speeds fall below the guarantee for your product for 3 continous daus you can claim the speed guarantee this link explains more https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-speeds-explained

 

* The way Openreach provide full fibre connections is a single 2.48Gb/s feeds a distribution point serving up to 30 lines statistically you should get the speed you buy most of the time but speeds can drop at peak times. Sky and the other isps who have customers using a distribution point habe no control over this. You should never see a noticeable slow down in normal domestic activities only in test results.
