Slow green flashing light, no internet

Sky max hub has suddenly lost internet connection. Service checker says no issues in the area but it can't connect to the hub. Tried rebooting, just goes back to green flashing. The last step of the service checker fails and says it can't complete the tests, and Sky app isn't loading so can't contact support. Seems to be a Sky network issue?

Exactly the same issue with my broadband

Sky are not good when there's a problem

Apparently everyone on OpenReach networks near me has gone down so despite them saying there's no outage in the area, there clearly is!

Good morning, thanks for confirming this too me... my hub doesn't have no Internet or my voice "landline" is orange too, and I've got a "openreach" LOS,PON,LAN, box THING. LOS status is "Red" PON & LAN is off.

I too experiencing this problem for past 2 days.  I got a new connection moved recently from other famous provider.  How can we get this sorted and are these problems posted here attended by a technical team ?

Mine keeps flashing green, it was white for a couple of minutes now it's gone back to flashing green

Still no change yet?? 

 

I've just done a reboot on the hub and the white box thing, and same thing, red light on LOS and no Internet light and orange "Voice" , anyone else had any luck yet?

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Yeah done all that, everything is connected, Power is on and secure. Engineer has been booked.
