Slow full fibre speed

I had full fibre 150 fitted last week and still having speed problems. I do a speed check every day and haven't seen 150 yet, today it's 11.

@Stunick How are you speed checking the connection off the system. First you need to run the service checker, goto the broadband tab and see what sky's last 30 Day's look like when the do there daily check on the system, Link for that is below and also about speeds!

Note:- as a reference on my FF500 connection and at busy times, speed i have seen has been as low as 200Mb/s that is to be expected at peak and busy times when not busy it's up at the full 500MB/s!
