Slow download speed

Hi,

we are on the fibre having terrible issues with speed and reach of hub around the home. It's funny as this appeared to have happened since we are out of contract. I've used the check my service on the app but when I use the uswitchspeed checker it says it slow for download and gives totally different speeds much less than sky app is quoting
