I'm paying for a high speed internet broadband, and the dowload speed falls under a 100mbs every day intermittently, sometimes for hours, while the upload speed is ok. I have noticed this many times since the broadband has been connected. I work from home and I'd love to have the service that was promised when I took on this contract. Can you please advise?
