No internet

No internet for past couple of days. WIFI connected but says no internet. Ran all tests and no issue found.

@Kev0071 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Having similar issues with connection dropping, sky broadband tests show good even when router is showing no light or flashing/solid amber. Makes me thinks tests are flawed

Black, but as mentioned think this is a line issue, been happing since the 20th, just now have booked a 3rd bt open reach engineer. Just hoping that saying "three times a charm" comes true 😂
