The laptop has a very slow download speed making working from home very difficult, i.e., 2mb/s. If I use my desk top which is hard wired then the download speed is 60mb/s. Hence its the wifi in the house. I aslo have a sky booster box but this hasnt improved anything.

@Kane9 That issue isn't related to Sky Q TV service in any way, you may want to repost in the broadband section where you may have a better chance of getting advice and help.

My connection keeps freezing it started playing up late last night I have reset it twice and turned it off by the mains and it comes up as technical issue but then only allows some channels to appear or filters through intermittently it's annoying
