@FabioFerreira to see if tge issue is with the connection rather than the WiFi in your home run the service checker in the My Sky app as thst checks the speed to the hub at regular intervals. By clicking on the link by the last speed result you can see the last 4 weeks history and the guaranteed speed for your line and if tyecissue is a slow line the app should offer to book an engineer.

 

Assuming that is OK then the issue is likely to be the wifi speed in your home which isnt something Sky can vontrol. Spedds can drop due to interference which. A rdboot might help resolve but esentially you may need to think about investing in a better wifibset up.
