Slow connection

The first light on my PON is green but flickering slightly compared to the other two solid green with no flicker. I've noticed it because I have been trying to use FaceTime on iPhone and the connection keeps saying unstable. I've restated my hub and the PON but still having slow speeds. The app is not showing any issues and saying I have 151mpbs but this isn't reflected on my devices. Do I need to contact Sky? Is this an issue with a cable into my house?

@Uk1995 And also about the speeds that sky deliver to the Fibre side of the ONT and then through to the sky Hub....

 

The wireless wifi from the hub to your device can be anything and that is just not Guaranteed in any way as there is just too many factor's to consider!
