Slow connection speed for the days

Speed tests are below 5 and have been for 3 days. Reset the router many times and no luck. Any suggestions?

Connected without Internet for 4th day.

I have reset the hub several times. Speed tests show as very low on the occasions that I can connect briefly. Sky app says there is nothing wrong however last night it said that the speed was very poor.
