I am averaging 7Mb/second which I am sure is a lot slower than normal. I tried the basic help and everything looked OK. For example I get over 60Mb/second using my 5G (O2). If this is normal then I don't really see what I am paying for

If it doesnt you can either call Sky or we can escalate your post to chat with a Sky rep
