Slow connection Durham
I am averaging 7Mb/second which I am sure is a lot slower than normal. I tried the basic help and everything looked OK. For example I get over 60Mb/second using my 5G (O2). If this is normal then I don't really see what I am paying for

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

It depends what speeds you are supposed to get for your package. Often 5G can be much faster than the traditional FTTC copper connection.

You have a major line fault. Try running the line test in the My Sky app, it should prompt you to book an engineer.
If it doesnt you can either call Sky or we can escalate your post to chat with a Sky rep
