Slow connecti
My internet connection is very slow every night from 11 pm till morning. The speed is literally 5 mbps !
i recorded a video to this and it has been lime that for 3 months for which I am leaving to EE.
i recorded the screen with speed test as an evidence.
I need a compensation and I request not to pay the early end contract fee.

If you have the black hub could you post the statistics
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

@Mohamed866887 you are not talking to Sky when posting on the forum. Unless you have previously given Sky a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue and they agree they cannot or tge independent arbitor has ruled Sky are at fault you will be charged the early termination fee. If you have a line issue then that will move with you to EE. Sky and for that matter EE only guarantee speeds to your router speeds from the router to your devices are not guaranteed as local issues like WiFi interference are outside their control

Unless you have already engaged with Sky support and gone through troubleshooting and engineer visits its very unlikely Sky will release you from contract and even more unlikely they will pay compensation.

So how to rxplain perfect speed in the morning and 10 mbs at night (after 10 pm?)
my Adobe AI fetures all are not working and have to connect my mobile data to get it up and running!
